SHIPPING POLICY
All non Open Live Order packages will ship within 5 business days of ordering. Open Live orders will be opened live on our PokeChit stream found on youtube. https://www.youtube.com/@PokeChit Open Live orders are shipped out on the 1st & 15th of each month. All preorder items will ship once all of the items in your order have arrived to us. If your order contains a live inventory item and a preorder item then the live item may be refunded as these can not be on the same invoice a separate order must be placed.
When selectin "local pickup" for your order, it must be picked up within 2 weeks of the product releasing (for pre-orders) or 2 weeks from the date the pickup notification was sent. If any product is not picked up within this timeframe, the order will be refunded, minus the 10% refund/cancelation fee.
Please be aware that there can be delays with manufactures and suppliers getting products out to us, for timely shipping.
Our sealed products are sent factory sealed, in the factory wrapping (when applicable) and we are not responsible for rips or imperfections in the wrappings, or missing or damaged components inside the factory sealed item.
Sealed product is sold with the intent of the customer opening the product, as intended by the manufactures, unless noted otherwise in the listing. Please be aware that damage to outer packaging does not impact the contents of the box.
When using mail forwarding companies for international orders, we cannot be held responsible for the contents of your package in any way, as we do not have any traceability of the package, and cannot confirm if any mishandling occurred after the package was marked as delivered, during the time in their possession, or in transit from the mail forwarding company to the customer.
Please order accordingly. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not count holidays.
